1. Waiver of Installation Liability - The Seller, Bass Boat Concepts, of Temecula California is not responsible for any loss of warranty coverage by the manufacturer of the Purchaser's trolling motor mount or other boat related hardware that is altered by Purchaser in the course of
using and/or installing the Perch. Furthermore Seller is NOT responsible for physical damage or bodily injury resulting from the alteration and/or weakening of the Purchaser's trolling motor mount or other boat related hardware as a consequence of the use or installation of the Perch.

2. Waiver of Physical Injury - The Seller acknowledges that the Perch is intended to be installed on a watercraft and to be used while such is in or moving through bodies of water. Standing on, stepping onto and off of the Perch is an inherently risky activity and Purchaser assumes all liability for all physical injury of any type that results from such activity. Purchaser further acknowledges that Purchaser has fully reviewed the Perch, and gathered all information from Seller that Purchaser needs in order to make an informed decision to purchase the Perch.
